Naila Business Solutions Ltd was founded in April 2017 by Charlie Faulkner, a Chartered Accountant with a successful career spanning more than 15 years working for companies large and small in a variety of industries. With a wide range of experience and expertise under her belt, Charlie left full time employment to realise a lifelong ambition of founding her own business and living life on her own terms. Charlie’s passion is to help business owners solve problems, bring quality back into their organisations and to better utilise their time in order to achieve that all important work-life balance.
After gaining a BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University, Charlie embarked on a career in sales for a multinational organisation. She was promoted through the ranks quickly but soon realised that it wasn’t for her in the long term. Cue a 14 month break to travel and ‘lose’ herself, she returned with new clarity on where to take her life – through accounting school and on to learn as much about business as possible before breaking free to start her own venture.
Today, Charlie is a chartered accountant, a business owner, and true grafter! Charlie has extensive experience leading finance teams, running eCommerce projects and managing business acquisitions, mergers and administrations.
In her free time, Charlie enjoys spending time with her family, getting her nose stuck in a good book, travelling and has a bucket list full of crazy and exciting things she is striving to accomplish in life!
